Can easyhome ovulation strips detect pregnancy ?

Hello girls !
Some people write on the internet that ovulation tests can detect pregnancy.
But I don’t understand how ?
Do you have any experience with this, or is it a legend ?
I get flashing smiley on clearblue digital on day 13, day 16 and day 18 and then I used easy home ovulation tests and there was a strong line on day 20 and 21 (today). I suppose I ovulated late.

I had a blazing positive OPK with my first but I did the test for a laugh when my period was a day late thinking ‘I don’t want to waste a test so if this is super positive I will take one in the morning’ and yup, it was probably the darkest line I’ve ever seen on an OPK. The next day I took a proper pregnancy test and it was blazing positive too.

@Internette when did you get your CB static smiley?

I had run out of digital tests, so I switched to strip tests. I tested only on day 13, 16, 18 (digitals) and 20 + 21 (strips) because I'm on vacation until January 5 and I needed to take a little step back from these tests. And now I’m lost 🥲
