Is this an ectopic or blighted ovum? Advice please

Hello I'm currently 5 weeks 5 days (natural conception)

I'm under a private clinic for monitoring due to 2 previous miscarriages

Below are hcg results :

Hcg 36 - 13 days po (tues)
Hcg 52 - 14 days PO. (Wed)
Hcg 162 - 16 days po (fri)
Hcg 520 - 19 days PO (mon)
Hcg 819- 21 days PO (wed)
Hcg 1042 - 23 days po (fri)
Hcg 1106- 25 days po (sun)
Hcg. 984 - 27 days po (tues)
Hcg 1011 - 29 days (thurs)
Hcg 1064 - 30 days (fri - today)

They did a scan today and saw a 4mm sac which they said might be gestational.no yolk sac. Bloods today hcg 1064 (1011 yesterday)

I got a call from a dr saying it wasn't looking good but that 10% pregnancies get strange hcgs like this and pregnancy is ok . I said to her are you thinking this is likely ectopic or blighted ovum though and she said yes.
She gave me three options :

1. continue all treatment (clexane 20mg twice a day, aspirin 150mg, thyroxine 25 mcg, cyclogest 800mg twice a day

2. stop everything expect the cyclogest

3. stop everything except the thyroxine

I was baffled as to why option 2 doesn't mention needing to continue with thyroxine but 3 does.

Anyhow whatever option I go with she said bloods day after tomorrow and a scan a few days later

Has anyone else experienced this and can anyone advise ? I'm really anxious

I think I would go for #1 - if nothing is seen on the scan in a few days.

I would hang in there another week or so and see what results say then.
My ‘blighted ovum’ is currently sitting beside me playing on his ps4.
I know not everyone is as lucky but when it happened to me I asked how long I could wait before going for medical management .. they said a week or so so I took a week.. seven days later an internal scan found his heartbeat.

If they can see something on the scan in the uterus it's very unlikely to be ectopic

The concern is they sac a sac that they said could be a pseudo sac not a gestational sac. Pseudosacs look very similar to gestational sacs but are empty and are actually due to free fluid due to an ectopic

I'm going to head to an EPU to get another scan and bloods and see what they think
