Who else is in the 2WW currently? How many dpo are you? What symptoms do you have? How do we make time go faster?🤣

You’ve only just started testing, I tested so early, mine were so faint for 2 days, then got darker, then the 2 days after that just didn’t go any darker, and turned into a chemical 💔.

I only ever tested with early detection tests, is yours an early one or a normal one?

thanks everyone for your messages 💗 sorry it’s delayed. I’ve had the worst 3 days, been feeling so low. So devastating thinking I was pregnant again after my miscarriage 💔. It has definitely put me off early testing but I don’t see how people have the willpower to just not test, when they so desperately want something?!
My bleeding came with a vengeance exactly 2 days after my period was due ☹️

@Nic17 thanks for the advice. Yeh I think the best thing is to hold out for another few days and test again. It’s just a mine field. I think having these awful miscarriages it takes the innocence out of finding that your pregnant as if I hadn’t had that I wouldn’t even think to test until I missed by weeks and sore boobs. 🙈so I have no idea when I would’ve showed on my first 2 pregnancies as I wasn’t clued up on all this 😂thank you what will be will be. I’ve resolved in my head that it’s no going to go anywhere but if any different it will be a nice surprise I shall see what this week holds. I based my ovulation on sticks and the Premom ap and Previous few months, although no idea if I actually ovulate at the time the ap said as I stopped testing, and we had a few quickies over Xmas and new yr wk so highly unlikely but could have not actually ovulated when I thought I was and it was later. 🤷‍♀️the test yesterday was 10ml on which picked up the faint line and today the 20ml one which was super faint so I am in limbo. 😂just wondering whether to give a bottle of wine or not this I’d like very much if it’s going no where . 🙈xxxx

Is anyone any good at the ovulation thing. Here’s my tests if I had peak ovulation test on 21/12 possibly might not have ovulated until 22/23 dec, then longest possible implantation being 10 days would give to 2/1, hcg starts rising and todays the 7jan , could it be possible it’s just not high enough yet or is that just way out of the question? 100% honesty from all experiences please I have my head set on it’s going no where anyway so I won’t be upset . 🙈xxx

@Hollycharlie I don’t track ov properly, but according to my app I was ov on 23/12, so I feel like I’m out now, although AF is a day late according to my average cycle length. But still BFN. I definitely think you have something there, but it’s a slow riser. I have literally nothing. But no period either.

@Holl89 I just read your message. So sorry youve been feeling so low it’s so understandable. I really didn’t think it could get worse than seeing your period turn up but this no period vvvfl on a test at 16 dpo and everyone telling you it should be blazing positive , and not knowing if your pregnant or waiting to miscarry again it’s just so shit. Or thinking everything’s ok and your pregnancy is fine then you bleed it’s all horrible, really takes the excitement out of having a baby. 😭😭the test today was just a Superdrug standard one which if my hormones were where they should be should’ve been very positive but you could barely see a line. I’m just worried that my body missed the mc for 6 weeks before that I won’t bleed for weeks 😔😔😔xx

@NMB85 thank you. I spoke to the epu and they said go to the docs for bloods but I’ll wait till mid week to see what happens . My worry is if it’s going no where and I don’t expel it like last time will my body continue growing a placenta and no baby. I was 12 weeks when I found out last time and baby was 6 and it was literally like giving birth , I hope this can’t happen again. 😬but who knows the odds are against me but time will tell over the next few days. The only benefit of the last miscarriage I guess was I haven’t got any expectation to have a baby at the end of this now 😭😭xx

@NMB85 could you have taken 10 days to implant which would mean implantation on 3/1. And by what online docs say it takes 7 days for hcg to rise. I have no idea if this is actually the process just going by what I read and only explanation for my super light positives . But if this is the case why does most people get blazing positives the day of their missed period 🤷‍♀️

@Hollycharlie i hate to say and I'm so sorry but could it be an ectopic? I was talking to someone on peanut a few weeks ago and her tests were progressing very slowly and she's had an ectopic. It's so hard to know what to say. I had an mmc and everyone told me to keep positive two weeks but I hated that x

@siobhanmt247 thanks for bringing this up. I did think of this but I have no pain, sickness fever or bleeding . So I absolutely hope not as I really do not want to go for an operation 😬

@Hollycharlie this theory around the potential late implantation is why my head is pickled still, as I’ve seen it echoed in posts on various forums that there’s still a chance you won’t get a BFP til a week after AF is due …so I’m like, is there still room for change?!
but I agree, sooo many people have theirs 12-15dpo it makes you lose hope that you’re one of the small percentage that are just late to show it.
I need AF to just put me out of my misery now 🥺

sorry to hear about your MMC, I had very similar in 2021 with my second pregnancy, I was 11 weeks pregnant and baby was measuring 6/7 weeks when I lost, and it was a horrific experience.

@NMB85 thank you sorry you had to go through a mmc too it’s just shocking the last thing anyone expects. Jeeze right let’s hope we both are one of the late implanters 😍we’re not out of the game just yet. Good luck hun let’s keep updated. Xx

@Hollycharlie completely shocking when it happens, especially after a smooth sailing first pregnancy you just don’t expect it..but fingers crossed never happens for us again!
definitely will let you know what happens, keep us updated too, and hope you get those stronger positives v soon! X

@Holl89 hope you’re doing ok honey, I agree early testing is awful due to this I didn’t want to early test again but we do don’t we!! Sending you so much healing hopefully your month will be very soon!

@Hollycharlie theres definitely something on the test, test again in 48 hours and hopefully something comes up a bit stronger. I’ve heard of people never getting strong lines and having healthy babies. There’s definitely a line so as long as AF isn’t making an appearance id say you are xx

question…I don’t have one of the BBT thermometers but I check with a normal ear thermometer which does to 1 decimal place... Temp hasn’t dropped at all (it’s currently 37.7c), is it right temp always drops when you’re about to come on? I’m really overthinking this period being late. X

@NMB85 im 5w1d pregnant and I took my temp today as I’ve had a cold cough type thing and it was 35.8 so don’t worry!

Oh that’s quite low isn’t it? I thought it stayed high when you’re pregnant, I think I’m Googling too much lol!! X

The temp drop is so small, I'm not sure you can really tell with a normal thermometor and the apps work out a baseline too

AF has made an appearance today. On a positive note my last 2 cycles have been 26 days and this is 28 so that’s better. I feel like I’m seeing so many pregnancy announcements online atm 😩 only on cycle 2 really so I do need to calm down xx

Little update. So this morning, I feel very sick as if hcg kicking in . I have another test to do tomorrow so we shall see where this is going then hopefully. 😬😬

@Hollycharlie that's good news (the only time we welcome feeling sick....!!!) and assume still no sign of AF so fingers crossed for tomorrows test, will you use FMU? X
