TTC Confused with the results

1st month of ttc, I’ve decided to use the opk for the whole month to see the trend. I have had a positive opk on the6th of December I believe I ovulated on the 8th. I have had some spotting on the 17th and I thought af was coming early. I carried on doing the opk and the line is getting progressively darker. It’s showing positive today. What is going on do opk show up positive before af? I’m due on the 28th.

@Outandabout43 thank you, really hope so x I know the feeling I have 2 girls of my own 8 and 5 and they’re both too excited over Christmas xx not long to go xx

@Applesandcake yes within the 5 minutes, I’m still doubting myself 😂 just wanted to see a definite line especially with it being an early detection test xx I think I’m going to try and get a digital one as I still have doubts ! This is driving me mad!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ thanks for replying x

The Clearblue detects 10mlu of hgc, the digitals 25mlu, so if the Clearblue is that light, a positive is unlikely to show up on the digital. I would save you money and the digital for a few more days, and use the first response early detection (which detects 6.5mlu!)
