Will a cold early on in my cycle affect our chances this month?

CD7 and I have the worst cold ever!!! Will it affect our chances this month? I usually ovulate around CD20 anyway and have 34 day cycles. TIA

I saw on here that viruses can delay ovulation.

I got sick with a strong cold or something in early November when I was TTC. DH and DC child also got sick.

I'll be 7 weeks on Friday.

I had a really bad cold/flu during the cycle that I conceived DS on so it didn't affect me!
