Is it necessary to cut caffeine entirely?

Usually I’d have a coffee shop latte (1) and then a bit of dark chocolate on the evening. I know caffeine is bad though so don’t want it to affect successful TTC??

I think my answer to this depends on how long you’ve been trying to conceive, as if it’s been a long time then I guess it could be worth a try. In majority of circumstances I’m not sure this would make any difference. It doesn’t sound like loads of caffeine at all to me.

Tried doing that, made no difference to me. I have significantly cut back on caffeine (used to have maybe 2-3 coffees a day, now I only have one every so often and just have a tea in the morning instead as it's less caffeine) but cutting it out completely isn't necessary. A cup a day is within the guidelines on the NHS.

Never stopped me conceiving - but I usually stop at 1 cup (so I can sleep well).
