Hi, I've recently been diagnosed with hydrosalpinx on my left fallopian tube so need to have this removed. I also have a low AMH level of 4.7.
We already have a 4 year old and I miscarried at 11 weeks in July 2022.
Basically, has anyone else conceived naturally with only one tube and a low AMH? I'm so scared that our only option will be IVF and I'm not sure if I want to go down that route.
