How soon did you ovulate after coming off the pill?

I've been off desogestrel (mini pill) for 19 days. No bleeding so far. I've been using clear blue digital ovulation tests. So far, I've had 9 days of flashing smiley faces, but no peak. My body is clearly trying as I'm getting cramps.

How long did it take you to ovulate again after coming off the pill?

First time I came off it I had the withdrawal bleed, then a month later had an actual period, so I assume I’d ovulated. I then got pregnant after that first period so ovulation didn’t seem to be affected. I’d been on and off the pill for nearly 10 years at that point.

It must have been almost immediately because I got pregnant that same month.

Good to know. I guess I'm just impatient to know it's definitely happening. I had my son 6 years ago after years on the pill. I was pregnant with him 3 months after coming off the pill

We’ve just started trying for baby number 2, and it’s weird this time as it happened so quickly the first time round. I’m second guessing every slight twinge and ‘symptom’ and tracking periods and ovulation this time.
