When did you get a peak LH after miscarriage?

Hello, I had a miscarriage at around 7.5 weeks though had brown bleeding from 6 weeks.
I am just wondering when does is my first cycle day after a miscarriage? Would it be Friday 17th November when I first got red blood and bad cramps? Or Sunday 19th November when I passed the sac? I thought I would have got a peak LH surge now (usually get them between day 12 -15) but it's very low today and seems to be fluctuating over the past few days from 0.1 - 0.44 like little hills on the Premom graph.

Have you had a negative pregnancy test yet?

Yes it's negative now

My peak Lh came on day 23 after a mmc, counting the day the bleeding started as cd1. That is late for me but late ovulation is common after miscarriage!! Sorry for your loss OP. Keep testing

I took my cd1 as the day I fully passed the baby. (I was 11 weeks 6 days). Peak on day 53. It felt like it would never come! I do have PCOS so can have long cycles (though never that long!). The nurse I spoke to was reassuring and said there’s a range in how long your body takes to settle after miscarriage.

If you've already had a negative pregnancy test then like the PP says, ovulation is probably just a bit late because of the miscarriage so keep testing. I had surgical management so counted the day of surgery as CD1 and I got my LH peak on CD23, the day after I had my negative pregnancy test.
