Partially blocked fallopian tubes - Anybody else going through something similar?

Hi ladies.

Just posting this to see if anyone is going through anything similar.
Diagnosed with PCOS in 2021. Periods never made a reappearance after stopping contraception last year so have been with gynae for investigations. Had a HSG last week which has shown my fallopian tubes are partially blocked. Being scheduled for a hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in January. Not sure what to expect. Can they clear partially blocked tubes or does it look like IVF will have to be the way to go?

I vaguely recall someone posting on this forum that they fell pregnant immediately tubal fish flush to clear blockage.
