We stopped before I had an intense orgasm but I think I might have have a mild orgasm .
we didnt have penetrative sex, just touching each other with our hands but i was really close so we he stopped. I'm currently 7 weeks and honestly just even thinking about sexual pleasure brings me close to having an orgasm.
Now I'm having lots of cramping.
I've been worrying all day as I read for some women orgams can cause uterine contractions which can cause miscarriage.

I've already had miscarriages in past and pelvic rest was suggested due to this.
Anyone have any thoughts regarding my cramping?

No I think that is all normal. I remember having that feeling when I was pregnant too. Try to relax and take your mind off it. How many weeks are you?

Orgasms felt strange during the first trimester for me too. There was a lot of cramping. DS is almost four now so no harm done.

I've honestly never heard this. I thought orgasms were good for you whether pregnant or not. Maybe ask your health visitor if you're concerned.

A lot of women experience an increased sex drive during pregnancy. Check with your midwife to be on the safe side, then enjoy!

Unless you've been told to abstain from sex, then it's very safe to do so.

Probably had best and most sex during my first pregnancy. I did it right up to the day before I went into labour.

It's one of the few periods outside of being post-menopause where you don't have to worry about avoiding pregnancy.

I think I'm finding it concerning because I've been cramping for hours now and know that it's not normal for me

If you are cramping I think it's very unlikely to have anything to do with sex.

Some cramping is very normal in pregnancy.

Unless it's very painful or of you start to also pass blood then try not to worry.
