Clear blue advanced monitor refer to instructions effor any help?

Anyone had any problems with the clear blue advanced fertility monitor coming with up with the refer to instructions error no idea what's going on it happened yesterday then was fine last night and it has done it again this morning please help

Did you refer to the instructions? What does it say in them?

They say to call the number but whist wondering if anyone had the same issue I'm going to give them a call on Monday
