Patience after that very faint line

How do you deal with the impatience once you get that very faint first line? I am pretty sure it's a line. I've used loads of these tests before and never had an evap. Even compared it to the ones from previous days and there's nothing on them. I'm only 9 days po so still very early

I had a chemical last month and didn't have a line this early so fingers crossed it's a line and not an evap as not much colour yet.

Just need some patience. Could someone sell me some patience

Oh yeah, that’s clearly visible @Bells3032. Wish I had patience to sell you as I’m in a similar boat. Except you’re nice and early at 9DPO and I’m not optimistic at 14DPO today. Got a good positive at 10DPO with DD. Here’s my easy@home, a little dried. Never had an evap with these either and all my other ones from this time ttc have been stark white even dry! 😕

I can deff see something but sadly that does look v faint for 14dpo. Maybe a faulty test??

Yeah, or a faulty batch. This is the third and they have gotten more visible. Chemical I think. 🥺

Obsessing over it made the time go slower. So I tried to keep myself occupied with things, tv shows, exercise, seeing friends, cleaning/ tidying etc

Bells3032 · 26/11/2023 10:02

Mine doesn't seem to be developing at all either :( think it's another chemical

I’m sorry. It’s still very early days for you though. If I were you I’d wait now until after AF is due. x

I realised I was 13dpo when I did that first faint test. I did the tests in the pic yesterday. I recommend splashing out on the early digital from Clearblue because honestly I have no desire to test again today. I’ve had losses before so I know what can happen, and obviously that line isn’t as dark as I’d like for 14dpo, but that Clearblue test has made me feel like until I see a bleed, I’m pregnant and that’s that. Psychologically much easier than looking at the strength of lines. Maybe try one?

I’m also pretty ill though so don’t have the energy to overthink it today 🫠

I've done the digital with weeks and it came back positive. My lh is surging but the easy at home tests just don't seem to be getting any darker

@Bells3032 This was me last weekend. Unfortunately I had a chemical but my advice would be to step away from testing after your period is due. It just drives you mad. This is easier said than done. Hope it sticks for you.

Bells3032 · 26/11/2023 11:22

I'm only 11dpo so hope it'll pick up. I am on progesterone as my luteal phase is so short so my period won't arrive until I stop it. It should have been due on Friday
