This is my first month TTC again after surgery on my uterus to remove a septum. We've been trying for a year now and have managed to conceive twice but both ended in loss as both implanted on my septum which meant they had reduced blood flow. I was lucky (in the most shit way possible) to have my septum found during a post-loss scan, and had it corrected when they had to go in and remove retained products.
I used to ovulate very regularly around 10-14 days of my cycle and had very obvious signs. This month I've had none of those, but I've been using OPKs and it's identified a peak this morning. Should I trust that?
My first period after surgery, HRT and coil removal (both were to prevent adhesions) snuck up on me as the cramping was the mildest I've ever had in my 20 years of having them. That was nice, but I'm now in a state of completely second-guessing my body,
Has anyone else been through this and managed to finally conceive and carry long enough to have a baby?

Ah congratulations! Everything crossed for you!
so to confirm you had your coil removed but no repeat hysteroscopy to check for adhesions? Was this NHS?

Hi. Sorry for late reply. I was uncomfortable for a day or two only. Has it settled down now?
