7 weeks post D&C still showing faint line

Hey gang,

Just wondered if anyone has had similar... I had a D&C on the 10th of October after finding out baby had stopped growing 😞 They told me I had experienced a missed miscarriage as I hadn't had any bleeding/cramps and still felt very much pregnant! Anyway fast forward to today, I believe I had a light period around the 9th of this month which lasted about 3/4 days.... I have been taking pregnancy tests once a week since my D&C and even after a period I am STILL getting faint positives 😞 is this normal? It's coming up to 7 weeks now... I thought it should have been negative by now!

Any advice or anyone who's had experienced similar and can shed some light would be amazing 🙏🏼 I have attached photos of my test from this morning

When I had mine I was advised to take a preg test 3 weeks later and call EPU to advise of the result - were you told similar? Even if not I'd call the EPU.

Yeah they did say to let them know, I just feel sick at the thought of going back there and having to be scanned in the same room etc... I hate the thought of having to relive it all 😞 We haven't been using protection either so I know that would probably be another reason why they may want to check me again... but I'm 95% positive I'm not! I have only just started getting positive OPKS these last couple of days, so think I'm going to ovulate soon 🙏🏼

I know, you want to know it's all over and done with so you can move forward. Maybe this is the last set of things you need to do to be able to move on.
