Pregnancy 6 weeks after miscarriage- is it possible?

Hi,
I had a miscarriage in October (medical management of it). 4 weeks after I still had a positive test albeit faint and it was getting fainter so hospital all said it was ok and it had worked.
Yesterday I did a dated clear blue digital and it said 1-2 weeks. Now we did have unprotected sex two weeks ago but unsure if I was ovulating as haven’t had a period!
I went in today for HCg blood tests to help determine if it’s old pregnancy hormones from the loss or potentially a new pregnancy. HCg levels today were 71 and I’m back in 48 hours for another test.
Has this ever happened anyone and gone on to be pregnant? 71 is very low I know but could be right if I am only 3weeks.
Just looking to hear from any others who had similar experiences.

Yes it can happen! Some people think you're more fertile after a loss too as your body is prepped for a pregnancy and you ovulate before you get your first period back!

Thank you! Just hate the waiting and uncertainty!

Can happen of course. Hope it works out!
