Is this positive for ovulation or can it go as dark for AF? Help!! Please

I have never had a dark ovulation test ever.. I'm also CD 34 with irregular cycles.. I done a clear blue digi and it was negative then done this after.. Does this look like I could be close to ovulating? Or has it gone this dark when AF is due? Anyone help? I'm clueless 😭🙏

That’s the colour mine go just before ovulation, I use that brand too.

But I don’t quite get it that dark every month though, it really depends on time of day. I have to test about 4x a day to catch it!

Mine only went this dark late in a cycle when I was pregnant, digital test are less sensitive. Do you have any non digital pregnancy tests? If that's negative then I'd say act as if youre about to ovulate so you don't miss any chances x

Yes this is the first I've ever seen it as dark. I don't have any other tests as DH & I find line tests stressful and annoying sometimes lol more so because its 'is there or is there not a line'. I think ill wait another week and test again if AF doesnt show but my cycles can range anywhere from 38-48 .. one longest cycle was 70 days once but mostly been 48 or 40. Its always a waiting game 😩 thanks for everyones replys.

@coulditbe2323 been there- nightmare trying to figure it all out. I eventually stopped using these and got an electronic one with an app that tells you exactly when you need to try (Mira- there might be others though ) it was expensive but cheaper than fertility treatment and “worked” within 3 months of purchase.

@Hardylimesrtv I used these tests for 10months when trying for my first baby. Never ever got a positive/peak.. I ended up using the clearblue digi ovulation ones. I might have to get the Mira one and see if it helps. Just hate having irregular all over the place cycles😭 so hard to pinpoint.. I don't think I could be ovulating now.. I've no drive or ewcm.. just no signs.. yet 2 weeks ago I did have all the O symptoms arghhh 😩😩

@coulditbe2323 i feel for you, I was using the ones you’re using now for a couple of years!! Then within months of using the Mira I was pregnant, it measures lots of stuff, I realised that while I was trying to precision target trying (my poor hubby went along -not super romantic) I was consistently missing my best two days. Mira are pretty expensive and super aggressive about upselling the sticks but honestly it gave me a lot of sanity and worked for me. There may be other better versions but it worked for me

@Hardylimesrtv I actually think my tests have been right.. I have had such pain round my ovaries area on the right side all day & slippery CM (sorry TMI). So I think today has been ovulation day for me.. since my peak was yesterday afternoon🤨 I think lol I could be wrong..😂🙏

I knew you would come back and say you're pregnant 🤣. This is what happened to me, ovulation seemed all over the place, tested strong positive on ovulation test late in my cycle so tried a pregnancy test just incase and I'm now 19 weeks 🤣. Congrats hun!

@Ttcmumma I need to go out and buy a digital now🫣🤭 My DH doesnt believe it until he sees that word lol we had an evap on these tests with TTC our first.. it broke our hearts.. so I can understand he doesnt believe it yet. I am shaking🤭 even the ovulation test came back stealing the control line. Thankyou.. congratulations to you too💜
