iV second fresh cycle and not many follicles help

So i have done one fresh round and got 16 eggs (iam 42) ended up only having two from that batch , and a frozen , the fresh didnt work and frozen ended in a miscarriage, we started another fresh cycle and have been told i only have 6 ok follicles to use, i have egg collection Monday and i am sooo heartbroken as this is our last fresh cycle and if we dont have any to freeze then this will be our last chance, i was hoping to have at least 3 or 4 to freeze i am even really worried I won't have any fertalized.
has anyone had this happen to them and it worked, i was told quality over quantity but with my age it isnt very likely. Sooo heartbroken

I’m sorry for your loss

I only had 6 eggs collected and only 4 of those fertilised. By the time we went for transfer there were only two remaining embryos, so nothing to freeze. One of those embryos is my DC.

Subsequent cycles with more eggs collected, more fertilised embryos and spares to freeze after transfer, all resulted in either a negative cycle or a mc. It only takes one!

Hello I had 7 eggs and 2 blasts from that.
Unfortunately mine were really bad quality so I've had both transfered and I'm awaiting the outcome but I'm not holding out much hope.
It really feels like your fighting a losing battle with age

Any success stories with a 3 day 6 cell transfer , this is our last ever chance, its our second fresh cycle we have non to freeze, we had a call today to say the other two didn't make it to blast which makes me think this one i had transferred probably didnt either , i am so sad we dont hwve any to freeze and this is our last due to being self funded. 😢
