Period now 4 days late, pregnancy test negative!

We've been trying ish only did it once during the fertile period this month however my period is 4 almost 5 days late now. I've done a test which is saying I'm not pregnant 😢 my period hasn't been this late since I conceived my first 3+ years ago! I've no idea what's going on , Im definitely no more ill or stressed than I have been for the last few months. Has anyone else had this and been pregnant?!

It could be you ovulated late!

It happened to me, and that's how my son happened as I told my husband it would be fine as my period was due haha.

Have you been tracking ovulation either by doing ovulation tests or taking your temperature every morning?

Honestly no , last month was quite stressful with other things so I wasn't really paying attention. I only know it was in my fertile period due to using an app to track. Maybe I could be then! 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

Stress can cause you to ovulate later than usual

Same thing is happening to me right now, 5 days overdue for AF, pregnancy tests negative. It messes with your mind! What is happening?!

I know! It's driving me crazy not knowing just waiting for my period to come or a test to be positive. I've been so regular with my periods the last few years that I'm finding it hard to believe it's just late. 😬
