Tww resting heart rate. Apple Watch fit bit

Does anyone monitor their resting heart rate during their cycle?

I use an Apple Watch and mine seems quite random.

Had a few drinks on the Saturday night. My rhr gets super high when I drink.

I had egg white cm on the day marked as 71. A positive opk on that day and the 2 days after. I'm either 9, 10 or 11dpo.

Can anyone shed any light on my heart rate?

Please can you share your bfp and current rhrs thanks!

Yes I use this when I can’t be bothered to temp with bbt. It’s hard to see your data on that display, can you zoom in a bit? My pre ov RHR is 58-60 and post of 62-65. I’ve only been tracking it for 2 cycles but am finding it useful so far. I have a basic fitbit. I have read that it basically aligns with temps although some people find their rhr gets lower as they approach AF rather than mirroring bbt and peaking before reducing again.

I don't use it to track anything but when I was pregnant I noticed my resting heart rate was increasing each day which was a sign I was pregnant

I haven't used to track, but my first pregnancy the first sign I noticed was my RHR was higher than it had ever been in the week leading up to AF due.
