Hi everyone ,
Currently on 26th month of trying. I have surgery in Jan/feb 2024 for diagnosis of endo (I know I defo have it๐Ÿ˜”) and also a hysteroscopy. I really didn't think it would take us this long to ttc and apart of me just wants to call it a day but every month I tell myself this 'might' be the month. I'm currently 7dpo & im soo depressed & absolutely sick and tired of this ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜”. I have pcos and recently had a scan which said my left ovary has numerous immature follicles (so that's fun) I hardly ever ovulate from the right side I get painful ovulation so I know which side ๐Ÿ˜ฉ
Please can anyone share their success stories?
Thanks girlies

I conceived with v severe endo with IVF after surgery. The surgery was hard going but it has helped my pain long term as well as probably being key to me being able to conceive. Now Iโ€™ve completed my family Iโ€™m on the Mirena and itโ€™s so far working well for me as a treatment for my endo. Good luck.

I do think we will have to go with IVF if nothing works after surgery. I just really didn't think this would be this hard for us. My DH is literally my bestfriend & I love him to death. I just wish I could give him a baby naturally ๐Ÿ˜” He is going to get checked after Christmas so I hope to god his tests are fine.

Fellow PCOS and Endo sufferer here!!! Conceived DD just over 5 years ago when I was about 5 stone lighter and I had been diagnosed with both around 2 years previous but at the time was only 21 it seemed that 4 years on and 15 months TTC it was looking impossible. I managed to lose a little weight only 7lbs but my god it can seem impossible!!!. However I saw online someone say about Myo-inositol and d-chiro and how it helped others with both of the above to help manage their symptoms and also people were saying it helped them conceive!! So I decided to try it because I had nothing to lose, started taking it around 2 cycles ago (apparently it can take up to 3 months to get working) but anyway, this cycle (2) since taking it, Iโ€™ve had a BFP!!! Iโ€™m only about 12DPO at the moment so just keeping everything crossedโ€ฆ Iโ€™m not saying it was definitely it but I think it helped especially as me and DH only DTD three times one being around when I ovulate ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ so it took me by huge surprise! but it may be worth a shotโ€ฆ. Best of luck and baby dust to you!! โค๏ธโค๏ธ

Hello! Ugh it's so hard isn't it. I'm sorry you're going through it. Hopefully the surgery for endo will help you, it's definitely a positive step that something is being done ๐Ÿ™ and Jan/Feb isn't long away. New year new approach!

I'm 27 and I've also got endo and have been trying for a couple months now - no luck but I know that's not long! I've been given a date for surgery next week for endo diagnosis which is good I suppose. I had an MRI test and an AMH test at 25 as an NHS doctor advised me too. Low AMH especially for my age unfortunately so my partner and I froze 4 embryos privately last year because we weren't ready for a baby but also knew that I don't have time on my side. I'm lucky I had some inheritance otherwise I couldn't have done it. So I've done things in an odd way. IVF first (no transfer yet). Things are better for us so we have tried naturally for three cycles and then endo surgery next week. I didn't expect a date this year for that so was surprised. Not sure what to expect.

Positive stories I would also like to hear, but you're not alone with these struggles! I also have the issues you have with immature follicles, apparently the left ovary is the best one ๐Ÿ˜‚

Sorry if that's not helpful x

Good luck with your opp! Please let me know how it goes. I'm so sorry you're going through the same thing. No it's definitely helpful to hear & in the nicest way not go through it alone.
I hope you recover quickly after surgery!
Xxxx
