Confused about OPK results - did I miss my surge? On Soy Iso this month

Hello,
I wondered if any of you lovely ladies could give me some advice. It’s my second month using soy iso and I generally have quite regular cycles but have been TTC for years and years with no success and had all the tests but all seem normal apart from a fluctuating pregosterone level (day 21)
the last few cycles I have been ovulating CD 14/15/16 and usually have a build up on my OPKs before getting a positive.
this month I started testing from day 9 and was getting a faint second line and on day 11 I had what I thought was severe ovulation pains and a darker OPK yet still far from positive. I had been testing twice a day - do you think it’s possible I missed my surge and ovulated around CD11.
I will upload a photo of my pre mum mainly showing cycle day 11 results as all the other OPKs were so faint in between I didn’t bother to upload them.
Any help would be appreciated. I’m also using Soy ISO for the second month so not sure if this has effected my cycle as last month I had a very very light period that lasted 3 days where usually I have heavy 6 day periods and I ovulated CD15 last month.
thank you, hope it makes sense

(I’m hoping I ovulated around CD 11 as BD a lot around that time but I just don’t know maybe I’m having an anovulatory cycle :( )

I think it's unlikely you missed your surge if you have been testing twice a day. It's also not likely you ovuated on day 10 or before that is quite early. I imagine you'll have your surge in the next few days, keep testing!

Thank you! Just a really unusual cycle for me getting a bit worried now with the fluctuating OPKs, I’ll see how it does the next few days. I’ve been taking a lot of supplements and introduced some new ones so I’m not sure if any of them are messing with me maybe

You’re testing too early. Your LH surges in the morning and takes around 4 hours to show up in urine. You’d be better off testing at lunchtime. I wouldn’t worry too much about the fluctuations, it’s not a linear thing. Keep testing. If you’re really confused you can start measuring your BBT which will confirm ovulation.

Thank you, yes I was thinking about doing my bbt and bought a thermometer but I get up quite a lot throughout the night and I’m not sure I’ll get accurate readings. I’ll try next cycle though it’s worth a shot. I’ve never had issues with OPKs until this month but I took soy isoflavones which I understand can change Ov day for some people so thinking it’s potentially that. I didn’t have really strong , deliberating ovulation pains (or so I thought) on CD11 though, so bad I had to stop walking and sit down for a minute. Very strange. I’ll keep going with OPKs and see what happens :/
