I’ve noticed this whilst studying all sorts of info online.. how can it vary so much?! Am I just misunderstanding 🙈

Well the 42% figure is rubbish 😂 the chance of getting pregnant each month is around 20-25%, so no clue where they got 42% from!

There's no exact science, I think that's the issue. Depends on so many factors that very from person to person including hormone levels, sperm motility and so much more. Each of those stats will have been taken from a particular study. Take it all with a pinch of salt. The one thing that's generally agreed on is that sperm lives up to 5 days waiting for the egg to be released and reach the fallopian tube so you want to have sex at least 2-3 times in your fertile window.

So it varies, and between studies it varies. The data compiled from Ava bracket is interesting as it has 10000s of cycles it’s drawing the data from. What I do know is the day before ovulation is definitely the best day, but what chance there is isn’t really set in concrete. It seems to vary between 20-40%, and I imagine most of us fall somewhere in that bracket.
