Boots, HPT's not used these before [shock] how accurate are they?

period is 3d late which never happens (unless im pg) and shows no sign at all of rearing its ugly head. bought a boots test today and did it mid morning (definately NOT 1st wee, have to squeeze it out, TMI, sorry) and twas a bfn.

just read though that boots tests are probably the least sensitive (doh) any stories?

IME cheap tests are fine. We used the 10 for a fiver type ones from ebay.

thank you everyone. think i will complain about him. imagine if it had been something more sinister (unfortunately i still have to test in a week anyway to be absolutely sure) and i were less clued up! i have learnt from bitter experience that there is no such thing as a typical ep or pg and im furious that he thought it was ok to dismiss me like that!
