Really thirsty and twitches in uterus - 10dpo

Hi all,

I’m currently 10dpo and have had this insane thirst for about a week now. I’ve been drinking around 4 litres of water a day, and my mouth is still dry. I had this when I was pregnant with my first, but it’s also been a PMS symptom a couple of times since having my first. I’ve not had this for ages though. It’s also not diabetes, as I had a full blood count done a month ago and everything was normal.

Then this evening, I’ve been feeling little twitches in my uterus, which was very similar to what I had when I was pregnant with my 2nd. I’m also getting aching at the top of my legs. I’m getting suspicious now and wondering if anyone had these symptoms? Did they lead to a BFP or AF? I don’t want to test until my period is due, so I’m just going to hold out for a few days.

Thanks in advance xx

Speak to a health care professional such as a practice nurse at your surgery.

They need to test your blood glucose as yours sounds like its high. Don't delay, just get a blood test.

In the mean time avoid sugar and sugery foods or your mouth will feel like sandpaper.
