Take a look at my BBT chart please? Temp dipping too early 🌡

Hello, like most peoples, my bbt normally stays up until just before AF.
I am only 7dpo today and for the last few days it's gradually been going down. Has anyone had this before or know what it means? Google has told me I may mean I didn't ovulate this month after all.

I’m no expert but could be a sign of low progesterone? Given that progesterone is what keeps your temp up until your period? I have also heard of ‘implantation dips’ due to an increase in oestrogen - I’ve had these before about 7dpo but sadly no bfp so not sure if an urban legend!

@Goldendoodlelover I have started my period since ai posted this, this was my first cycle after a loss so low progesterone is a real possibility. I will look that up 🙂 Thank you for taking the time to respond x
