9 weeks pregnancy and constant cramps and tightening. Should I worry?

Hi!

This is my second pregnancy. Barely had any symptoms with my first baby.
This time around, I'm 9 weeks pregnant and have had CONSTANT stomach tightening and cramps that get worse when I cough/laugh/stand up too fast.

Is that normal? I also have no energy and nausea for hours at time every day.

Thank you

Yup, totally normal i'm afraid. Some of the cramps are probably digestion related, but uterine cramping is totally normal as yoir uterus is expanding to accommodate your growing baby.

As long as there's no bleeding with the cramps, there's nothing to worry about.
