Trying for a baby late period

Hello I'm hopping anyone can help me out my periods are very regular they are normally between the 23-25 of every month so me and my partner have been baby dancing a lot around fertile window and my period hasn't arrived yet but I'm very cramps and got tender boobs I don't want to test yet as if I see a negative test I'll be heart broken x

How late is it OP?

Since TTC over past 5 months I've had two late cycles despite being pretty regular before. Currently late by a couple of days, have cramps and have been in a foul mood most of the last two weeks which is not normal for my PMS (not usually this bad). But still got lots of creamy white discharge and no sign of period. I've been testing loads though (only cheapies) and all BFN.

I think TTC is a massive psychological change which can mess up your cycles. I try to remember it's unlikely I'm pregnant, there's only a 20-30% chance each month, as a way of trying to get out of my own head.

I have also wondered if, on the two periods I've been slightly late, the egg fertilised on its way down but didn't implant and wasn't viable that cycle which could have delayed things by just a couple of days and caused different pms symptoms.
