Just got BFP. took NORISTHERONE. Will I bleed or not

I took noristherone however just got a BFP. I dont know what to expect now. Will the noristherone force my womb to shed? Or would my bfp stop it from doing that

Your bfp should stop any bleeding, but you need to immediately stop taking the noristherone if you haven't already as it shouldn't be used when pregnant.
