Spotting during luteal phase..possible to still be pregnant?

Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone who experiences spotting during the luteal phase (ie in the week or so leading up to period) has ever received a positive pregnancy test despite spotting that month?

I spot each month but my progesterone and all other tests (including my lining thickness) are normal so there is no explanation. I've been ttc for so long now and essentially treat the first sign of spotting as a negative test for pregnancy, which to date has been true! 😔 I spotted today (like clockwork) but I guess I'm just looking for someone to tell me that based on their similar experience, there might still be hope! 🤞🏻
