TWW 3DPO - Painful Ovulation

Hi all!

I came off the contraception pill back in May and I’ve had crazy cycles. I’m now on CD 56 but I had a few high opks 3 weeks ago (95 - 125) and I assumed that I had ovulated, but after no sign of AF and negative HCGs I took a few OPKs to see what was going on, as I also started getting EWCM.. low and behold Im 99% sure that I’ve just ovulated. I’ve had very painful, weird cramps primarily on my left hand side since ovulation day, which has eased slightly today, I believe my chart is looking like it should be (pics attached).

Do you think I would be in with a chance this month given my dodgy cycles?

Have anyone had very painful ovulation and had successful pregnancy(s)?

And finally, does anyone want to TWW with me?🫶🏼

I’m also 4dpo, I’m not sure I’m in with a chance this time as I had a massive temp drop yesterday although it’s up again today. I never even noticed ovulation before the pill but since coming off the pill (in July) it’s been quite painful, really intense cramps. My cycles are back to being 31 days but I ovulate around day 18/19 so I have (I think) a short luteal phase. I’m still getting down with the lingo on here but happy to 2ww wait with you.X

@Newandtrying I have been looking through the BFPcharts on the premom app and some of the temperature charts are crazy and all over the place, and they went on to get their BFPs! I know the temperature can dip during implantation and other reasons, especially before implantation has occurred. If you haven’t had a look through, it might be worth having a look, it will keep you positive🤞🏼 I hope this is a lucky thread and we get our BFPs❤️

im in the Premom app and about 4 others currently, I think it’s become my new hobby🤣 I think it might be a little early for a implantation dip but I’m thinking my dip could be an anomaly. I did have 2 fans and aircon running that night because of this crazy heatwave so I’m being hopeful and maybe naive to blame it on that. I’m thinking I’m going to wait until Flo app says my period is due which is sunday and if no AF by then il take a test. When do you plan to test? 🤞 hoping this could be lucky and we all get our BFP ❤️ xx

@Newandtrying ahh that’s good! I think I’m going to wait as I’m on CD 57 now and I’ve had multiple LH rides this month making the assume that I’ve ovulated, so I’ve been testing a lot and a little fed up now😂 I would get a spike, wait for AF while testing with HCG test, no AF or no BFP would show, it’s dragged on for ages! But I’ve defo ovulated this time. I’ve got our fingers crossed for us🤞🏼🫶🏼

@HappyWelsh ny updates, how did you get on? Apparently I'm also 3DPO according to BBT but might be inaccurate. I am getting these weird dull aches / cramps and I dont get period cramps usually ..
