Chemical pregnancy...no AF yet, advice please!

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help if they've been in a similar situation. So I've had brown spotting to this current day since what I suspect was implantation at DPO 10. I started feeling a bit of nausea and BBT was still high when my AF was due on this Monday gone, so I did a few prg tests (some faint but still positive) and a digital that said 1-2 weeks pregnant. Nausea feelings started on DPO 15 but the brown spotting was still there, so I got HCG tests through the GP and was told to go on Progesterone pessaries. My result of the HCG showed a low level of 14 and I am pending the second results at the moment, but on the day of the 2nd blood test DPO 18 (yesterday) I did a FRER and it was negative (so pretty sure based on that it was a chemical). I also stopped the progesterone pessaries based on this.

So I'm at DPO 19 now and almost a week late for my period, still light/sometimes dark brown spotting (it's been light in volume throughout) but still no AF. I have done an ovulation test more out of curiosity so I can try and understand what is going on, and it looks positive, photo below.

What I was hoping to know is, from other's experience, should my AF still be due, should it have not happened by now? And why is the ovulation test appearing positive, surely I cannot be ovulating that quick?

Reason I'm asking is mainly because I'm keen to start AF as I'm due to start natural modified IVF, but that needs to be on this next period. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

I'd say AF will likely start when the progesterone drops from your system, the pessaries can stop bleeding, and the LH strip could be picking up any left over hcg or some people have a surge just before AF so I don't think theres any possibility you're likely to ovulate coz it'll take your body time to adjust back x

AF is on the way...in case anyone finds themselves in this situation. 24 hours from stopping Progesterone and a negative pregnancy test following a chemcial
