Positive test today after implantation bleeding, now noticed this

Noticed this thicker bit of implantation bleeding? Should I be worried? First positive test today

I had the odd spot of this right up until I was 13 weeks pregnant. Midwife said its just old blood and not to worry unless it turns bright red and gets heavier etc. I worried every time but I'm 7 months along and baby is looking healthy..congratulations

I was the same as Dolly, I thought once the implantation was ‘done’ that that was that but I had sporadic bleeding up to around 12 weeks - sometimes pinky/red. It was explained to me that it could be a sensitive cervix or that the embryo will continue to burrow deeper into the lining causing this.

a very lovely but stoical nurse told me to ‘hold my nerve’ - it’s easier said than done but the brown blood is less to worry about which is good.

I had this but a lot heavier at 5 weeks and it was always brown but more watery and bloody. Got a scan and everything was fine, horrible to see tho
