7 weeks pregnant and have a pre-booked spa day today

Hey all,

I am around 7 weeks pregnant, I have a spa day (only few hours) booked with my partner today that was booked before I fell pregnant. What can I and can't i do?

They will tell you where you are going, I’m sure most things will be ok.

Don't do anything that'll raise your temperature i.e. saunas, hot tubs etc. And don't have massages. I don't know the reason for no massages in first trimester but I know it's advised not to. The heat thing is so as to not raise your core body temperature as it's already raised growing bub.
