We are ttc #2 currently on 3rd cycle so not a long time however I have endometriosis so keen to improve chances wherever possible.
Anyone with any experience of acupuncture either for fertility or endometriosis or both willing to share your experience?

I do acupuncture for endometriosis as often as I can (well, can afford to 🤣), it has worked absolute wonders for endo pain. Some months are practically pain free and I don't have to take a single pain killer! I wish I could do it every week because I love it so much and i find it really beneficial.

That said, I have not yet conceived after doing it for about 6 months, so make of that what you will. I keep going though because the difference of quality of life makes it very much worth it.

I'm having acupuncture and reflexology currently to help regulate my cycles after MMC. I don't know if it is that that helped, but my period came back after 4 1/2 weeks, and I'm now about to ovulate bang on schedule in the next cycle! I also find both relaxing and help me feel like I'm taking some control in a situation where you don't have a lot of control. I've also used acupuncture for pain relief in the past for various things and have found it brilliant.

Not me personally but a friend with endo had two rounds of egg retrieval. First round they managed to retrieve 5 eggs, second round she did acupuncture and they retrieved 13 eggs. She thinks the acupuncture made a big difference, and told me she had far less symptoms and side effects the second time round. The team at the clinic also told her they often see improved outcomes with acupuncture. Good luck!

Just an alternate view, I had a mmc last spring and did acupuncture for about 6 months and I don’t feel like it made any difference at all - and I didn’t catch in that time so I stopped as it was expensive

I had acupuncture for both my successful pregnancies. 1st time I had been having it for quite a long time. 2nd time was like 1 or 2 sessions I think! I mean it could be coincidence but I feel it helped me. I found it very relaxing plus the lady I had was amazing and became more of a friend and counsellor so I feel I benefitted in so many ways. 1st time I had no medical intervention and 2nd time I was undergoing fertility treatment. It is expensive but I was in a last roll of the dice scenario so I threw everything at it. I also continued it for early stages of pregnancy and whether it was coincidence I don't know but had very easy pregnancies, no sickness at all.

I've just started accupuncture after ttc for 2 years. I'm 42 and my partner 39. I have 2 children from 1st marriage and I had a MC July 2023. So I hope it will help only had 1 sessions so far but was just before AF so I go again tues and for next couple weeks after that.
