Does drinking lots of water reduce accuracy of OPK tests?

I would've expected to ovulate by now. It's incredibly hot where I am and I've been drinking a lot more water than usual. For a couple of days my levels were rising and the OPK was getting darker (went up to 0.48 on premom, ovulation is usually 1 and above up to 2 for me) but then reduced again. I've been waiting for the peak and am now concerned that I've missed it and it was just diluted due to the extra water intake. What do you think?

Should add, the app isn't recognising the 0.48 as the peak either.
