Positive ovulation test on the day of my period

We’ve been ttc for around a year and a bit now. Had an early miscarriage in October last year and have just had big fat negatives since. Today I was due my period and just out of curiosity because they were sitting there in the bathroom I took one. My test was very dark, darker than any positive ovulation tests I’ve had before. I’ve read stories that it can mean a positive pregnancy but I don’t want to get my hopes up until I buy a test tomorrow and take it. Has anyone else had any experience of this??

Yes, I used an ovulation test once when my period was a day late. Next day the pregnancy test was positive. Good luck!

@Jadehardesty Yes this is exactly what I had this month a few days before my period. It looked like I had peak ovulation again on the CB tests so I took a pregnancy test and it was positive.

I've read it can do this just before period too, but yeah is also possible to be pregnant. Weird I must be the only person not to get a positive opk when I got my bfp 😂

I had a positive opk the day I got my bfp! However I also get darker lines(not positive) before a period is due.
