8DPO Are These Symptoms In My Head?

So I'm currently 8DPO and I'm having a number of symptoms but maybe I'm going crazy.

Taken 3 pregnancy tests (one each morning) but so far they're negative. However, I'm still 9 days away from AF and they're not early response ones. I'll try those in the coming days.

My breasts have been incredibly sore mostly around the nipple and outer sides. It hurts to even lightly touch them. I also feel they're swollen in appearance but my partner says they look no different to him. The area around the nipple is also a little bit darker than usual.

No morning sickness or extreme fatigue (although I am not as full of energy as usual).

Stuffy nose, constipation, vivid dreams, headache (not water, sleep, or food related), very mild cramping that was on the right side but now just across my lower stomach. I think I had spotting two days ago but if it was, it was only a drop or two of blood so I'm not sure.

I don't get all these symptoms before AF usually and any symptoms I get for AF come at about 5 days before. Not 9 (but it could come a few days early).

Obviously I won't know for sure until a positive test or AF arrives but I just wondered if anyone else had these symptoms at about 8dpo and what was the outcome?

I’m only 3 days PO and already feel this month is so much different! The weekend of my spike and BBT rise my CM was so watery I honestly thought I’d peed Haha! And now I’m 3 days PO I’ve had constant dull pulling type of aches in my lower abdomen/ ovary area so I’m baffled already!

I’m 8 DPO also (technically 9 now as it’s gone past midnight lol) but the night before I had cold like symptoms but then woke up completely fine which was odd, I get random twinges on my right side and I’m veryyy tired all the time. I’m planning on holding out till 12 DPO to test, I ordered some FRER and clearblue tests which arrived today so I’m trying not to tempt myself into testing early!

I’m currently 8 or 9dpo. On 5/6dpo I had pulling sensations and a few sharp twinges on my left hand side followed by (TMI sorry) a very short brown pinky bleed which only lasted a few mins I think. I’ve been getting AF style cramps on and off since 6dpo but has eased off today. Yesterday I came down with a sudden sinus pressure and a rotten headache which hasn’t eased off even today, accompanied by a few dizzy spells and insane dreams. I feel that I might be clutching at straws and possibly coming down with something, but we’ve got to hang on and hope🙏🏼 I stupidly tested today with an Easy @ Home but BFN, not even a shadow x
