Lower back ache and cramps 5dpo

Is it too early to be getting symptoms? I’ve got lower back ache and cramps in my lower stomach (where uterus is). It’s been on and off all day, not consistent and it’s mild. Just wondering if this could be implantation? I’m not due on for over a week!

Since ttc after my miscarriage I get this every single month, it gets my hopes up but then AF turns up 😡 I hope its different for you 🤞

Sorry for the late response, I've only just seen this. I had exactly the same thing last night, it actually woke me up. I got up several times in the night to pee as well. The back pain has mostly gone now, but still some prickly feelings in my stomach. Fingers crossed its a bfp for both of us ! X

Just to update! I was pregnant and my little girl is now 1!!!!!

@Geraldthejumpingspider ahh amazing congratulations! I was also pregnant but sadly miscarried at 8 weeks. But I fell pregnant again quickly and now have a 9 month old girl!🥰
