Progesterone levels post ovulation too high?? Low implantation rate???

Hi there,

I am on my 2nd medicated cycle currently in the 2WW.
Got my cycle day 21 bloods done yesterday and my results were very good I have ovulated again this cycle.
They look for a result over 20 and mines was 106…..

So my question is if anyone has had medicated cycles and had very high progesterone results and gotten pregnant?….. because I stupidly googled it and I found things saying high progesterone can cause low implantation rates.

My husband said stop reading google as I’m sure the clinic would know they wouldn’t want them high if that was the case?

If it did then they would be far more fastidious about testing levels of progesterone during IVF cycles. I didn't have my blood checked once and I'd had a natural cycle FET so will have had regular post ovulation natural progesterone plus the synthetic lot I had to take three times a day. My levels should have been sky high and the embryo still implanted. True, it ended in an early miscarriage but it was put down to genetic abnormality rather than anything else. No one suggested that progesterone might be an issue :)

Wouldn't implantation occur before day 21 though?

@Whataretheodds for me this month at CD 21 I was 7dpo so I guess the implantation window is from 6-10 ish dpo so I’ve read anyways.
