Anyone or their dh use painkillers and still get bfp?

My husband might use them every 4 months around 6 times in the month. Would that impact fertility?

I googled this today, says painkillers (paracetamol) are fine during preg and to avoid ibuprofen
I've been on both constantly for the last 2 weeks with a wisdom tooth infection and just got a BFP so I don't think it will impact 💖

What sort of painkillers?

Seems it is fine for men, but not women.

There are better painkillers though.
