Have we DTD enough or should we go again today?

Ovulation day yesterday, OPK’s have dropped slightly so I’m guessing it means I’ve hopefully ovulated 🤞🏼 just wondering if we’ve had sex enough or if we need to do it again today? Would love some opinions 😊

I’d say it’s enough, I thought alternate days was best for sperm quality 🤔

We were doing alternate days but when you get your peak it’s best to do it everyday until ovulation to boost your chances. That’s what my fertility acupuncturist told me😊

SPEM recommends to ‘try’ again the day after ovulation, miss a day and then ‘try’ again so I’d say if you’re upto it then go for it 😆
As long as your OH is healthy and doesn’t have any fertility issues it shouldn’t affect sperm quality. Infact I was told it’s best to dtd at least every 3rd day throughout your cycle to keep the sperm young and healthy, then obviously more around ovulation x

We dtd everyday as soon as my AF finished up until a week after i ovulated. I know proper ott lol! I fell pregnant though 😁

we didn’t get round to doing it last night as we were out till late and just crashed as soon as we got into bed! Slightly worried we’ve missed out but trying to stay positive! We done it 2 days before ovulation and the day of so hopefully it’ll be enough! Baby dust✨

You’re in with a good chance it’s better to have sperm waiting for the egg than the other way around 😊 sending you baby dust. X x

The SMEP method suggests you leave it today and then do one more day tomorrow. Then you can drop it off til after your next period.
