Do tests ever come up positive towards end of time frame?

Those who have had a positive pregnancy test, did it come up instantly or does it ever develop towards the end of the timeframe?

I've only been pregnant once, for me the line came up immediately even before the liquid had reached the control line. I had missed a period though so I would have been about 16-18 dpo then.

Since then, I haven't gotten pregnant, but I have had some serious indents on clearblue tests, and those came up a while after.

I think if you're going to get a positive, it should come up fairly quickly, but again, I don't have much experience (sadly).

For me, when I tested early (eg 10dpo) the line didn’t come up until towards the end of the time frame & was super faint. When I tested after my period was due it came up near enough straight away & much darker.

At 12dpo the line appeared towards the end of the timeframe xx

When I was testing very early on the test was negative, but when I found it later in the bin there was a faint line. This went on to be much stronger later on. So in my case yes!

Thanks @Summer2424 - how had you confirmed your ovulation to count DPO? With temp rise or LH?
