Bleeding 4DPO what can it be? I’m panicking

Hello, my DH and I are ttc #1. Since I stopped the pill and my periods came back I’ve had spotting about 7 dpo onwards until I get AF, I told my doc but she wasn’t concerned as it doesn’t happen any other time. This month I’m only 4 DPO and I’m bleeding, brown when I wipe but sometimes heavier especially when I strain - I get constipated during the TWW, sorry if TMI! Anyway ttc fears aside I’m scared it’s something more sinister. Does anyone have experience of this please? I know it’s too early for implantation.

How long ago did you stop the pill?

It could be your bodies normal response to trying to regulate hormones after coming off the pill especially if you've been on it a while.

Hiya, I get that sometimes. It could be leftover blood from ovulation if it's coming out when you strain. For me it also seems to happen if we've had sex the night before. I was also told not to worry about it :) if you've also started on vitamins I've heard that can sometimes cause spotting at weird times.

Sorry pressed the wrong button I'm 7dpo and getting light redish/brown bleeding, I get this most months. I've had extensive investigations and they just said it happens and it must be down to hormones.
