Premom saying "low" OPK but clear blue static smiley

Just wondering did I peak yesterday? I got a clear blue static smiley yesterday. Still a dark OPK today as well but still showing as low on Premom?

I've had the exact same. However, i looked on the premom website and it says sometimes it never hits high if your LH is naturally low. This should interfere with your ovulation as long as you are seeing a surge which it looks like you are day 14-15. Pull from the right and you can mark this as peak and eventually it should interpret this correctly for you.

The highest mine ever hit was 0.54 on the same day i got the static smiley. usually number is between 0.08 and 0.2

@User657891 im going through the same, and did as PP advised. It helped me mentally to see a ‘peak’, even if the app didn’t recognise it by itself

I wasn't testing a lot when I was ttc my daughter but got pregnant fairly easily. Currently testing prepping for no 2 now. Always get the 0.5 on the same day as static smiley so assume that's my peak

I’d say you’ve peaked yes. My Premom readings don’t go very high - it was still categorising it as low (I got pregnant though).

Thanks everyone I just did another test now and getting the reading 0.74 low but looks dark to me!

Sorry I know this is an oldish thread but wondered how you got on? I'm having the same issues I think when I test it doesn't seem to go higher than 0.57. Did you get a higher reading ?

Last month that was the highest I got (0.74 on Premom). It dropped to negative the following few days and didn't rise again. I timed DTD but didn't get pregnant. I'm trying again now on CD 12/13 and currently getting about 0.5 readings

@User657891 thanks for getting back... so I am.assuming you ovulated at 0.74 then . I was trying to look online and it said anything above 0.50 can be updated as peak if after a few cycles it picks up average LH level. It's a minefield are you finding you understand it better on your 2nd month? Sorry didn't happen for you this month, feel we need to be biologists to understand all this!

Yes I assume so. Though in previous months I feel like I had much stronger peaks. Things haven't been quite right since my chemical in May. Hopefully this month I can get clearer peaks! I'll let you know how I get on tomorrow/Friday and share updated pics for this month. I seem to ovulate always around the same days

Tmi but I've been watching my mucus aswell which is starting to change I suppose our bodies give us little indicators when it's time. Fingers crossed u get a good lh test in the next few days x

I recognise this thread is 3 months old 😂 but any updates from you both?
I'm on my first cycle of testing and using Premom and I tested from CD8 everyday and the highest I've reached is 0.4 on CD14 and 0.44 on CD15. LH dropped back down again after those days so assuming that was my peak.
Just wondered if yours were both consistently low each month?

My peak happened on day 21 I think or 22 . Def keep testing. I thought I had my peak butwas low compared to actual peak. Mines went up rapid and back down next day so it could be very easy to miss your actual peak. Colour was massively darker than control like also. Good luck!

Yes I got pregnant in October with a 0.7 peak confirmed with temps. I sadly miscarriage just over 7 weeks pregnant. Trying again now and got a reading of 0.44 yesterday and today was 0.03! So not sure if that was my peak or what is going on.

This was my tests, I marked the 0.44 as peak as it was the highest then dropped back down.
When I was pregnant with my DD I knew days after dtd as I was nauseous non stop. Don't think I'm pregnant this month as feel no different 😞 Period due in 7 days so will wait and see

When your lines are getting stronger you really, really need to start testing twice a day so you can find your peaks. OP may very well have got a really strong peak but if you're only testing once every 24 hours around peak time then it's easy to miss.
