Should i discard my bbt temp for today

Post ovulation temps vary from 36.20-36.45 for me

This morning when I woke I felt really clammy and hot. It made my temp rise to 3.59 .. I've never had a temp this high.
I threw the covers off and cooled down for half hour and it had gone down till 36.40 which would be standard temp for me. I'm just wondering do I discard this high temp for today because I was hot and sticky wet when i woke ? Or would be second time not be valid because i took it after a half hour nap after I cooled down. Confused what to record

Don’t record the second temp - you were awake too long, move etc.
You could record the 1st one but in a different color- make a mark etc or note as it was an unusual situation. To remind yourself

Agree with what @Fluffycloudsblusky said - definitely don't record the second one. Did you take it at the normal time? I would record it but don't put too much weight on it. If you're already definitely post-ovulation this month it shouldn't matter too much.
