Anyone else experience these symptoms leading to a BFP

TMI warning Today I am seven DPO cycle day 24. So far I have experienced mild cramping, twinges and pulling in my uterus, hot flashes, fatigue, cravings, vivid dreams, creamy CM/watery CM, headaches, sore boobs and nips, also my uterus feels hard when I push with my fingers on my pelvis(don’t know if it’s relevant).

Last night at 6 dpo I had very light bright red spotting( when I wiped from going to the bathroom). My last pregnancy ended April 11, 2023. It was an ectopic pregnancy that ruptured and resulted in me having to have surgery and losing my left tube.

I have been taking LH test strips and I don’t know if this is a sign of pregnancy( picture down below) I’d love your input

Your LH strips don’t show anything strong enough to indicate you could be pregnant yet. That measures ovulation, but sometimes it mimics hcg and in that case it would have to show pretty strong.

The bleeding could definitely be implantation, I had that with my first pregnancy. The other symptoms are all symptoms I’ve had with both bfn and bfp. It’s mostly due to progesterone - especially since it’s unlikely you’ll have implanted yet and if you’ve had those symptoms before your bleed.
