Period like pains 10 days before af?

Has anyone had this before.
I am about 5dpo
Since ovulation I've had pains and cramps
I do usually get them but not this much before af. Just feels like I'm about to start my period

It’s probably your cervix moving up and down either side of your period.

Is it constant? If it's just come on then could be early implantation cramps

It's not constant but I've had it previous months and not got a bfp but it's just earlier than usual. We've been trying for our second for 2.5 years so I'm not hopeful it's anything positive tbf
