This has been my first cycle off BC. My cycle has been so bloody confusing and stressful. I started tempting and testing for ovulation on around cycle day 40 after having intermittent spotting and weird symptoms. I had 2 very strong positive OPKs on the 21st and 22nd and I think a temp rise? But since then the 23rd, temps have gone down. Today, I had extremely painful abdo cramps and when I went to the bathroom, I noticed bright red bleeding. I've put a panty liner on but I've barely bled in it, the blood is on wiping and in the actual toilet. Does this mean AF finally came for me on CD 50 and that the positive OPKs were a fluke? I logged light bleeding as per today. Appreciate anyones take.
