This may be a long story but I’ll try and shorten as much as possible but want to know if anyone has experienced similar.
I have PCOS but I get a cycle each month, it just ranges between 21-45 days long. Last month, I had my first ever 21 day cycle, the bleeding was light to the point I didn’t need a pad, and it lasted a week. I thought potential implantation but I then got a full heavy period the following month (this month).
I know I ovulated on the 12th july because I had the EWCM. Id had unprotected sex on the 7th and the 9th.
It’s the 25th of July today so I am now 13DPO. Since ovulation I have had consistently medium/heavy CM, cramps, headaches, awful back ache, a weird tingly feeling in one boob?, nausea, extremely exhausted and I’d say about 10DPO I had a very painful shooting pain in the bottom of my stomach where I’d say period pain is. It felt like there was pressure on my bladder when I was weeing so I went to the docs and was told I had an UTI. And yesterday at 12DPO, I went extremely dizzy whilst sat down and blacked out.
I have took pregnancy tests up until today and so far negative. AF is due either tomorrow or thursday. Yesterday at 12DPO I took an ovulation test just out of curiosity and whilst it wasn’t exactly a positive, it was very dark as if I was about to reach my peak LH? but still negative hcg tests from what I can see.
I just want to know what I should do, if this sounds like there’s still a possibility I am pregnant or if anyone has experienced similar. All these symptoms but negative results is really confusing me!
